PL Learning Test CD

Documentation that came with bike was NOT for the bike I received. While assembly does not require any special tools one would hope that the documentation is correct. I will say that support is half assed and that the folks on the customer chat are short and disprespectful! In the future I will avoid this company. A few issues is one thing but, customer service support after the order is horrible. Patrick should NOT be communicating with customers.

Customer Service is not a word in the Husqvarna dictionary. I even tried the office in Charlotte, NC listed as corporate and still could NOT reach a Human.

Ordered online. Packaging supposedly shipped 11 /27. All tracking still shows my items in the same damn location! I have contacted these folks twice via the crappy web chat. Both times I get the "just give it a couple more days" this company is just happy to take payment and supply nothing else. Customer service is absolutely garbage. Will nevere do biz again!! Vicky you suck!!!!!

Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel!!!They found every other expedia customer. An hour on the phone! They called the hotel twice with me on hold. They told these clowns twice they did not have the reservation.

The customer support folks DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS!!!! they also refused to get me to supervisor.

They also refused a refund!!

The dashboard does not work!! I have my funds set to go to the bank. They put it on the gusto card every time! Overall they suck!!!!
