Expired Supplements with Tampered Dates – Serious Health Concern

Buyers beware: I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my experience with Netnutri.

I received dietary supplements that were expired, and what’s worse, the packaging showed clear signs of tampering with the original expiration dates. The original dates had been removed and replaced with falsified labels, which did not match the manufacturer's style or placement.

This is not just a quality control issue — it’s a deliberate and deceptive practice that puts consumers at risk. Through my own investigation, including contacting manufacturers and comparing products across other retailers, I confirmed the manipulation. I’ve also found multiple public reviews reporting similar concerns, which suggests this may be a pattern.

If you’re considering buying from this business, I strongly recommend checking expiration dates carefully and inspecting for signs of altered packaging. This is a serious red flag.

Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Missed Deadlines and Unprofessional Handling – I Do Not Recommend SPCTEK

I hired SPCTEK for an account assessment intended to identify the root cause of my Amazon account deactivation and serve as the foundation for a future Plan of Action (POA). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

After the promised deadline passed, I had to reach out to ask why the report had not been delivered. They responded that they were “still working on it,” which already seemed strange given that they had access to my Amazon account for several days.
Shortly after, they contacted me again asking for new access to my account, which confirmed my concerns: in more than seven days, they had not properly worked on my case nor gathered the necessary information.

The final report was merely a repetition of the information I had originally provided — with no new analysis, no strategic recommendations, and no real foundation for a Plan of Action. It fell far below the level of professionalism and service that had been promised.

Review of Riverbend Consulting

My Amazon account was suspended under…

My Amazon account was suspended under Section 3, and I spent over a month trying to resolve it on my own without success. When I reached out to Riverbend Consulting, they were able to help me get reinstated in just one week.

But here’s the truth: what truly made the difference was that I had already taken the time to understand the root cause of my suspension. No one knows your Amazon business better than you do. If you take the time to reflect honestly on what happened — not just what Amazon says — you’ll be able to give the consultants the clarity they need to build an effective strategy.

That’s exactly what I did. I shared everything with Patricia and the Riverbend team, and from there, they knew what to do. Their response was fast, professional, and effective.

So if you’re going through a suspension, don’t rush into appeals. First, understand why it happened — really understand it — and then reach out to a team like Riverbend who can help you act strategically. That combination is what got me back.

Scammers - Edited Review

I am editing my review because they refunded my ticket unfortunately I did not travel for personal reasons but below is what happened
The ticket price at checkout was $280 and they charged my credit card $360. I had no way to validate this because they do not generate an invoice at the time of purchase, you must download their app to obtain the invoice.

Reply from Kiwi.com

Dear Suhaibi,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us why your recent experience with Kiwi.com did not meet your expectations.

First and foremost, please accept my apologies for the difficulty caused by the pricing adjustment in your reservation. We collect a large volume of real-time data that we advertise on our website, and when the airline changes the price of their tickets, it takes our system a few seconds to notice the change and modify the current cost.

Our pricing is dependent on the prices of the airlines. In our industry, these are extremely unstable. As much as we try and update our database, on very rare occasions it happens that it is not accurate (the actual price or availability differs from what is advertised). This is in no way a bad intention of ours, it is simply a matter of technical limitations.

Yours sincerely,
Joseph E.
