If I could score them a zero I would. Worst customer service over a period of 6 years of any bank I’ve ever dealt with. Phone calls not answered (hour long wait times only to be hung up on), call backs not returned. Incompetent staff who don’t understand their own process requiring me to go into branch 3 times for a simple matter. Have closed my accounts but need a confirmation letter these have been closed and now can’t get hold of anyone to provide this. Useless. Also their internet banking app is the most confusing of any I have used.
