I recieved 2 shirts which were 100% polyester despite advertising as 100% cotton. The shirts were awful cheap prints and the shirts tent sized and without any shape. I requested refund and my first email had a human reply asking me to send photos of the product and not to worry! Since then I have sent 20 emails and each one recieved an immedite reply with nothing on it. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Whatever I write 2 minutes later I get the same empty generic reply. My advice is to avoid this company and never order anything from them. Total rip off. I am discussed with their claim to have a wonderful customer service system! What utter rubbish, just like the things they sell!

My advice is avoid this company, even if it involves additional cost. They are dysfunctional. No 2 people ever gave me the same information and the booking process was extremely stressful. They make mistake after mistake. I was in the uk for my mother's funeral and they could not have been less helpful or less efficient. I recieved one seemingly sincere letter of apology but when I reached out to the supposed writer of the letter she had no idea who i was and confessed that her "office" had issued the letter on her behalf. It soon became clear that the caring letter offering condolences about my mother's death and offering me any help i needed was a hollow and insincere letter generated by a faceless person (or AI), and was totally meaningless.
On top of all this the car was faulty and when I pointed this out all contact stopped. I was sent a letter which was supposed to be on the end of a link but wasn't. Since pointing this out a month ago I have heard nothing. The only thing they managed to do efficiently was charge me a £55 penalty on top of a congestion charge I didn't realise I had incurred. These people are not interested in helping their customers, only in fleecing them, as I said avoid at all costs. The automated reply to this review is generic and meaningless, I have already attempted to communicate using "manage my booking" and agents promise the word but completely fail to follow up or execute their promises. These guys are experts at NOT ever helping anyone. AVOID.

Misinformation from the start. Uk told me the £75 I was paying there was the total amount due. I was then charged €55 for dhl to clear my old used item plus another €25 in duty. The process has been painful as well as expensive. No reply to emails. Days of delay. Impossible customer service ( well intentioned individuals unable to answer the simplest questions.) I feel ripped off and abused. Don't use this service unless you want to have stress and be ripped off. Never again. No.mention of their "fee" for clearing customs until there is no choice. This is extortion and should be illegal. It is an additional cost taken by dhl and they are not transparent. Nobody ever returns calls and it is a shambles.

Awful customer service my item, due in one to two days still not dispatched after a week. Hopeless communication, totally useless it seems.....things going from bad to worse. These guys have no idea what they are doing. DONT use them is my advice, they take your money and deliver nothing! Read the other reviews people waiting months for refunds!

After 35 years with a buisness account HSBC cancelled my account. I am living abroad and did not receive the 3 letters HSBC sent me in the post, resulting in me having no idea they had closed my account. By doing this they trapped the money i had sitting in my Money Market account. This account was only able to be transferred to the account they closed resulting in them basically “stealing” my 2.5k. At first the refused to open the “closed” account, only after several hours of anxiety, stress and confusion did they agree to Reopen the “impossible to reopen” account and i was able to pay out my balance. Why did they do this to me? Because of a £15 unorthorised overdraft I didn’t realise i had, after 35years of never being overdrawn and putting hundreds of thousands of pounds through my account over the years. This bank is a disgrace. I advise you to avoid them like the plague. Impersonal, in efficient and totally disrespectful. No phone call, no emial, just 3 letters in regular post to my registered address (my accountants). 1 sent to my spam from my accountants, the other 2 never arrived. Great customer service NOT. They refused to talk to me. I have only one word for them and it is unprintable!

Andrew and his team have come up trumps on more than one occasion. When encountering obstacles they rise to the challenge and I have been very happy to continue the exclusive relationship on an ongoing basis. The rental was made as simple and straightforward as possible and promises kept. I can't recommend them highly enough!
