Will never buy from this company again

My first time trying Dr Sam and it will be my last. My skin doesn’t like the flawless revival mask but that’s not the reason for the 1 star review, it’s the way the company dealt with me that means I won’t return to try other products. Firstly the website said free samples with every order and then didn’t give me any free samples. Also within minutes of placing my order I got an email offering a cleanser as a free welcome gift but as I had already placed my order I couldn’t redeem this without placing another order! I messaged them to ask if they could add it to my order but they refused.
I spend a fortune on skincare so it is their loss, and with so many other companies out there, bad customer service will make me never use a company again.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service! I bought a linen duvet cover that was meant to be 220x 240cm after sleeping under it for a couple of nights it became clear that it didn’t fit my duvet well because me or my husband would wake up with empty duvet cover on us so I measured the cover and it was 5cm bigger than it should be which doesn’t sound like a lot but it makes a big difference and doesn’t fit my duvet. After informing La Redoute that the cover had been made incorrectly they have told me that I can’t return it because it has been used! The packaging and label says the duvet cover is 220x240, why would I measure it before I put it on my bed? I trusted it was the size that it said it was!
I now have a 140€ duvet cover that I can’t use. I have bought many things off La Redoute over the years and I’ve never had a problem because I’ve never needed to return anything but I will never buy from them again. Terrible customer service.

Terrible bank

Don’t use this bank. This is the worst bank I’ve used, I paid for their travel pack so I could use ATM’s abroad without paying commissions. They charged me the commissions anyway and refuse to re imburse me. Disgusting company. I’m closing my account with them.

Zero customer service

This is a rating about the customer service for the Meliá rewards loyalty program. Basically there is no customer service. There is no email address, and they completely ignore me on social media. Impossible to talk to anyone if you have a problem. Won’t be using them again.

Terrible customer service and company

My cleansing balm arrived full of little black bits and with a lid that didn’t quite fit the jar. They told me they would send me a replacement. After a few weeks no replacement had arrived so I chased it up, I was told for some strange reason it had been sent back to them and they would send it again with a different courier, UPS. Seems like UPS can’t get it to me either seeing as weeks later my replacement still hasn’t turned up. This company is full of BS and I will never buy from them again.

It deserves 0 stars not 1 star

It deserves 0 stars not 1 star. What an absolutely disgusting company.
I bought an expensive machine from them that stopped working properly after 10 months. When I contacted cult beauty for a replacement/re fund I was told the 6 month warranty had run out so I couldn't return it. I then contacted the manufacturer who told me it was a 2 year warranty and it was cult beauty 's responsibility to fufill it. After going back to cult with this information they apologised and after a number of incompetent emails back and forth, they assured me a courier would be round to collect it and return it to them. A month and a half I waited with them constantly telling me they're waiting for the courier to respond to arrange collection. Then today they told me, the 1 year warranty ran out on the 16th of September and it could no longer be returned! The worst of the worst. I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND THEY MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS
