My experience with Trustpilot was a good experience as it was so easy to understand and to follow. Only two steps to offer my review and one step to submit it, which worked immediately. If only all sites were this clear.

Morplan has SO MANY items, large and small, for enhancing sales to customers. I did not need items for a shop but see-through stands to put notices in when I am facilitating a writing course called, 'Writing to Reveal'.

I looked around the whole shop anyway as it is so fascinating and then went to the section that I wished to purchase from. Just as I was about to go to the counter to ask a question, I was approached and asked if I needed any help. So, the owner seemed to 'intuit' when help was needed. I left the shop with exactly what I went in looking for. I was served courteously and politely, my name was on the computer from previous purchases, and I had a lovely conversation with the owner. I thoroughly recommend Morplan.

Booking online - Whilst I know that many people like booking online, I do not. I am asked for a code number, which I do not have. I am asked for a voucher number which I do not have. I then have to work my way through not one, but two, sets of pictures to show that I am not a robot. I know that you are offering a worthy and worthwhile service but it does contribute to the lack of service within the community. People are sleepwalking into taking on all of this life admin. Applying for these tickets has taken up half an hour of my life that I will not get back.

I would rate my experience in the Futon Shop as a five star experience. My questions were answered and I was treated with civility and respect.

The delivery of the item was not such a good experience. I was informed six times that the delivery would take place. It was finally delivered after I 'phoned the number given and then was 'phoned back by the Manager of the shop in Tottenham Court Road,
The delivery person said that, previously, they could not find my flat. There is a map at the front of the site, there are 30 flats they had easy access to in order to ring someone's bell and ask them. There is an office with two office staff in attendance every day. if my address was not immediately obvious they could have easily discovered it.

I have not begun to utilise GoDaddy yet but joining was very easy and it seems to be an extremely valuable service.
