Wish I could give more stars but... I took part in a webcam interview. Afterwards I received no payment instructions. I tried several times to contact only to get no response until finally I was told I had participated in the online part but nothing else. Huh? I'm very disappointed because I know I did the webcam interview. They recorded it so they should be able to locate that information. I don't know if I'll continue to use or not. My time matters too and I shared feelings about my condition that I've not shared with anyone else. Again it's very disappointing. If they don't want to pay what you were told then they should say that but don't tell me I didn't take part in something that I know I did. And if I'm not getting the compensation I was told they should get rid of the interview I didn't participate in. Sorry m3global I thought you were going to be trustworthy but I guess I should have listened to my Dad when he said be careful it may be just another scam.
UPDATE I received an email from Rare Patient Voice stating the payment was on its way and I should receive it within 15 days so we will see. I don't know if you're requesting any communication about the study, something immediately after the webcam interview or anything since then

I truly appreciate QLink and their service. The only complaint is I lose service a good bit so I have missed important calls/messages or my calls drop frequently. For the most part everything is good. Thank you QLink

Haven't been with QLink long but so far I haven't had issues with reception or customer service. That's so much more than I can say about Assurance Wireless. Thank you for having me QLink I appreciate you.
