Dont bother with them
Dont bother with them. I have been trying for ages to get my paid incentive. All i get is the support email bounces back and the telephone number on their site doesnt connect. On top of that they will not send me the transcription of the reseatch interview. Which is breaking rules on Gdpr.

Wish I could give more stars but... I took part in a webcam interview. Afterwards I received no payment instructions. I tried several times to contact only to get no response until finally I was told I had participated in the online part but nothing else. Huh? I'm very disappointed because I know I did the webcam interview. They recorded it so they should be able to locate that information. I don't know if I'll continue to use or not. My time matters too and I shared feelings about my condition that I've not shared with anyone else. Again it's very disappointing. If they don't want to pay what you were told then they should say that but don't tell me I didn't take part in something that I know I did. And if I'm not getting the compensation I was told they should get rid of the interview I didn't participate in. Sorry m3global I thought you were going to be trustworthy but I guess I should have listened to my Dad when he said be careful it may be just another scam.
UPDATE I received an email from Rare Patient Voice stating the payment was on its way and I should receive it within 15 days so we will see. I don't know if you're requesting any communication about the study, something immediately after the webcam interview or anything since then

I did like upwards of 400-500 surveys…
I did like upwards of 400-500 surveys and then the 1st of July all of my points got reset such a bad website would not recommend

Tak for din anmeldelse og din feedback.
Vi går altid efter at få så grundige og præcise undersøgelser som muligt, hvorfor nogle af dem måske godt kan virke lange - vi gør os dog umage for at kompensere point-gevinsten proportionelt til tiden det tager at besvare undersøgelsen.
Derfor modtager man mindre point for kortere undersøgelser, der kun varer et par minutter - og flere point for de længere undersøgelser på 30-40 minutter.
Hvis du føler, der er sket en fejl med dine point er du meget velkommen til at skrive til os på support@m3panel.com

Website is ok, the interface is not as good as it could be but it works.
The concept is good and they always reward you even if you do no complete the survey which is really good.
The prizes are meh, and it will take a long time to get enought points for real prizes.
Shame you cannot change the language to english an dhave to use thebrowser's translator instead.

We try to have something for everyone in our shop, but of course it is hard to please everyone. 😊
The language of the surveys should be in the native language of your panels country. Sometimes it is possible to choose English, but for the most part if you are in the Danish panel you will need to be able to read and write Danish.
