Yet again another wonderful experience at the Leeds store , I had the pleasure of being served by Oliver who delivered excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. Thankyou ,Can’t wait to return again soon. Well done to the lovely Leeds team , Penhaligon should be very proud of you all.

Every time we visit the Leeds Victoria Quarter store it’s always a pleasant experience. All the staff are always welcoming, polite, very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely service with a smile. Today’s special mention goes to Joshua and Ellie, (although served by them before but didn’t get their names) they made our visit very pleasant. I feel all the staff are an asset and credit to the company. We invested in Empressa and Liquid Love, both beautiful fragrances. Highly recommend the Penhaligon’s store in Leeds and can’t wait to visit again soon.

Amina Afzal has been really helpful with the issue I had with my mixer tap in the kitchen . She dealt with the matter efficiently and resolved the matter quickly. The new tap was fitted and I was informed step by step from the day I reported the issue to the day the tap is installed .

My son and I came across Explore learning Moortown Leeds whilst out on a walk in our then new area as we just moved to Harrogate Road.
I was looking for some extra help with my sons English and Maths as we went through a rough period due to covid. We walked in and spoke with Abbey and she was so understanding and talked through what happens at the centre and how they teach the children there, from the moment I walked in she made me feel comfortable and from that day onwards I have always felt at ease and feel confident to leave my son to learn. He has improved alot in his maths and English and loves attending each session. The whole experience has been a good one for me and Karim and we would recommend explore learning to anyone who is looking for a professional yet fun place for there children. Recently I have met Stewart and the new team, Stewart has been so helpful and understanding and has helped resolve any issues professionally and with full support. Such a lovely person and I look forward to seeing him around at the centre, I don't know everyone's name but each person I have met on this journey has been amazing. Nothing but good words for them all. The tutors make the children feel comfortable and support them all the way and the feed back at the end is always warming. I would like to wish Abbey and Nick all the best on there next venture, I had some lovely chats with them whilst they were at the centre. All the best to them and a big thumbs up to all the team at EL. Keep up the hard work and anyone looking to join or start the kids off at EL I can happily recommend this place. Happy learning.
