I had never heard of this company until I was contacted by my bank to say there had been fraudulent activity on my account. In the space of 24 hour they had tried to take £100 and did manage to take £70, all without my knowledge or permission. I know I have not parked anywhere to get a ticket and have never been notified that I have had one. I have no idea where they got my bank card details but I now to wait for a new card thanks to the fraudulent actions of this company.

I have been trying for nearly two months to sort out a problem with poor quality doors and to return two that we were sent replacements for due to being delivered damaged. I have telephoned and been promised a call back but none came. I have sent countless emails and I raised a complaint via their complaint system but got no response. I am leaving a second review as a warning to anyone that if something goes wrong they take no responsibility for it.

Chris and Claudiu kept me informed, arrived when promised and did a great job of putting the sofa bed together. They showed me clearly how it worked and tidied all the wrapping away.

I contacted them as I was missing one out of two items and they originally put responsibility on me to make a claim from the post office. After I proved the recipient could not claim they offered a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement but they had run out so I had to get a refund.
