Leasing our property

Our experience leasing our property through Letio was excellent. Their all in one fee structure was not only way more straightforward than the more well known companies, it is also way more reasonable!
Mark was our initial point of contact, and worked tirelessly to find us the right tenants. He seemed to be working 24/7 and was always available to take calls and update us on the status. His team who then worked on the administrative details were equally professional and hard working, ensuring all the necessary complexities were taken care of. Definitely recommend them.

Shower and Boiler issues

Both Dale and Andrew were excellent. Punctual and professional. Dale came for what was meant to be a routine service which turned into a much bigger job. He kept us informed throughout and was available to sort out all issues immediately. Highly recommend.

Installation was very smooth

Installation was very smooth, and the team were very professional. My only issue was that we did not get any message in advance to tell us what time they would come, and we just happened to see them outside as we were heading out in the morning.
