I have always used music magpie for selling my old tech, they always been good, never fob me off unlike some of their rivals and the prices is good.

The biggest plus for me is the Support, it is always available and they alway responded very quickly.

Need to replace my water boiler as it was showing it age and also a slight leak.

Perfect service from first contact with sales until the end when the installation was completed by the engineers.

The actual device is half the size than my old boiler and also more energy efficiency, so far with monitoring this in my smart meter, we are looking at around 40 percent reduction.

Cost of this is much more than the usual price of an average boiler but this is worth every money.

Brilliant book shop at Croydon. Made a purchase in store, I was offered a loyalty stamp card, they activated for me in store.

I was told that l will get email to complete registration, Unfortunately I did not get the email, after contacting support which was extremely quick, they managed to resolve my issue and I was able to login. The support person who helped me was Cecilia.

ACloud guru seem to be dead, nobody is responding at support, I get a generic email from Pluralsight who has taken over but nobody is responding.

New customer from yesterday, I decided to open a new SIPP account, which is just a backup of my usual workplace pension account. I needed support to help me with few things which I did not understand. They replied to my emails almost immediately and contact by phone which the call was answered right away, there was no hanging around.
The two people who I been contact with with via email / phone call were Simona and Abu, both extremely helpful.

Accepted right away after a few clicks and ID was verified. My card arrived in 2 days after application was accepted. Very easy process.
Nice to have a current account that pays good interest, it will save me moving money around. There is something missing which is current account switching but I was happy to carry out this manually myself and I am aware this is planned in the near future.

I passed the google associate cloud engineer exam first time, it was thanks to my purchase with Skillcertpro.

The practice questions which I purchased on December 3rd before doing the real test during December 26th is well worth the investment.

I was planning to sit the exam in around Jan/feb 2023 but I was so confident after 3 weeks with these practice question to do the test at a much earlier date.

Please remember for any exam, make sure you are well prepared in doing the course of the subject e.g read books, watch videos, practical work etc. Then do these mock questions with skillcertpro before the real exam.

Used to like the nhs but since covid19, I cannot get appt with my GP and nhs direct is useless. Need to talk to somebody about possible long covid issue and I need a health check. I know from the symptoms I have that something is seriously wrong with me. Now we know why people are dying. I am very lucky that the company I work for provide private health insurance so I will have to use that. I really feel the pain and sorry for anybody who does not have that opportunity.
