Ada, took over our case when someone in the Halifax office left and she was nothing but brilliant.
Was constantly on the case to ensure that all parties communicated well, this house sale/purchase would be going into November if it wasn’t for Ada’s hard work and persistence.

Review of BOXT
Wing Lee, Came over to try help us with our heat link issue and thermostat. Unfortunately Google sent out a dud thermostat. But Wing Lee did everything in his power to try get it to work. Changed charging cables, different plug sockets the lot. Unfortunately due to a Google issue it wasn’t sorted but nothing against BOXT or Wing Lee 10/10 service
Review of Evri
Meant to be a Monday delivery, didn’t come. Said coming Tuesday and still hasn’t arrived, with no update at all
