After reading some of thr 1 star…

After reading some of thr 1 star reviews which I agree with entirely, I added my review with 5 stars in the hope that more people might be warned about the lack of customer care.
I bought a perfume from Just My Look that I use often and purchase from Estee Lauder.

On arrival.when I opened it, the first thing I noticed was the very dark colour and then to top that off, upon spraying it, I choked at the foul smell.
I always check my perfumes by the manufacture date on CheckFresh.
and yes, the perfume was made in summer 2023.
To me this is just not acceptable.
I emailed them 3 times and attached the batch code details I inputed into Checkfresh.
There is absolutely no excuse for this.
Still waiting on a response!

This is the second time recently they have not delivered on time ie more than week late.
Will go elsewhere.

Dreadful delivery service Ordered my Bovine Collagen on Saturday

Ordered my Bovine Collagen on Saturday.
Evri have had it since Monday 16th.
Friday 20th ...no sign of my order.

Will stick to Amazon and another brand next time. Lots of good competitors out there !! .
Please refund me!!

Ordered Decleor Neroli aromessence oil…

Ordered Decleor Neroli aromessence oil which is a firm fav of mine.
The oil arrived and the content was a clear liquid (normally golden yellow ) and the Batch Date was August 2016!!! Definitely not Neroli oil.
I will say no more. I am aware L'Oréal has sold their company ( Decleor) but that was last year so NO-0NE should be selling on products made almost 9 years ago.
ALL BEAUTY WANT TO PASS THE BUCK.
I am trying to return and their return system says my order doesn't exist...strange eh???
Never again!

I put 5 stars so that this will be read and maybe avoid some people being conned.

I have given 5 stars so that my review…

I have given 5 stars so that my review is not put at the bottom of the pile where those of us who have had a stressful experience with QVC Customer service are not listened to.

QVC used to be a reliable and professional company to order from but alas this is definitely not the case.

Their returns policy is dire. Their communication is worse and some of their products obviously do not go through a Quality Control procedure.
So, we, their customers have the unfortunate experience of returning these goods and paying for the postage.

When the returned goods disappear and bearing in mind they sometimes get "lost in transit", even although we have proof of postage, either by Evri or Royal Mail, it takes no less than 4 weeks to be refunded. The refund will only be given if you complete their form which takes 2 weeks to come by post or they will email you a pdf form to download or scan.

I am fortunate in that I can convert a pdf to word on my laptop but what about their supposedly valued customers who do not have that facility ???

Yes, their Easy Pay option has fairly taken on but there are many more superior companies out there now who value their customers and have the same payment options.

I could write a chapter on the the problems I have had with them but no more!
We all work hard for our money and I for one, will not be parting with any more of it to QVC.

What I wanted to buy online was not available to order but there were 2 pairs available at my local store.
I tried all day to get through but kept getting put through to ...wait for it.."customer services "
Couldn't understand them and they certainly had a problem with me.
Dreadful service and I won't be
buying from M&S again.

Delivery charges and return costs atrocious!

Evri showing my 4 returned items (all same items in different colours) quality unacceptable, arrived 9 days ago.
Not heard a thing from QVC and yet I have been refunded for another 3 items that were received 2 days later.? The cost to return is too much now especially when they charge for each item delivered in the same parcel!!

I put 5 stars so my review is not put to the bottom of the pile !

Faulty Product ...charged for collection!

Bought an all singing all dancing microwave and paid for delivery as I was unable to collect it myself.
I thought I would try it out with a simple rice dish. 5 mins later my worktop was covered in water coming from beneath the microwave.

Called customer service this morning and got through after 20mins.
The microwave was picked up by their driver this evening at 9.30pm.
Refund has been processed and they have charged me for delivery and for the collection of it as well!

I therefore have paid for a FAULTY product to be delivered and returned.

Very very disappointed.

ITEM ARRIVED TODAY!!

Stopped using this company a while back due to late / lost deliveries.
Things were looking up with my last 3 orders.
.....but here we go again :-((
No delivery (paid for by me) on due date, nor yesterday nor today.
Reported to EVRI surprise surprise...not heard a jot...

15 mins on Live Chat yesterday..that's another story....

No more !!


RESPONSE TODAY FROM LF.
REFUND GIVEN.

Returns are dreadful!
A return to QVC 3 weeks ago has been "lost" and today I have been told my parcel to Pavers has been "lost"
Both parcel contents cost me £100..
I will never use them again.
No point in reporting it as they don't do anything about it. Very suspicious....

Dreadful company!

I returned 2 items back to QVC using Evri Drop off at Parcel shop.
This costs £2.95.
I put the return labels on both parcels as I normally do.
Checked the tracking next day and lo and behold they have been sent to SHEIN!
3 weeks ago the same thing happened on a QVC return. I checked the tracking 2 days later and it was on its way to AMAZON.
Is there some sort of scam going on???
Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund from QVC who actually are being very helpful.
You CANNOT speak to anyone in that company.
They are just not interested.

RE YOUR REPLY BELOW...I HAVE CALLED AND I HAVE EMAILED...NO RESPONSE FROM EVRI..
I HAVE PAID YOU FOR A SERVICE WHICH YOU HAVE NOT DELIVERED.!!!

Should I be worried?

I ordered a product last week using my debit card and the £10 credit on my account.
No email to say it has been sent yet.
This is not the usual standard from LF but looking at some of the very recent reviews,
should I be worried??

Your emails said I would be contacted within 48hrs..unfortunately you (Look Fantastic ) have not fulfilled this promise.

Enough is Enough.
No reply to my 5 emails.
Lesson learned.
There are plenty other reliable companies out there.

Lots of choice.
Unfortunately I ordered the wrong Mugler perfume but had to keep it as I opened it.
