Other than that:
Queues for waiting rooms for more queues for actual tickets where the price is only going Dynamically Upwards (never Dynamically Downwards), by the minute
Telling customers they can have Souvenir Tickets (and how much extra they cost) but not giving them the option to buy the Souvenir Tickets. This is really irritating for something so minor. If you fork out €100+ per ticket for an event you'd think, at the least, they wouldn't be so miserable as to not give you the option to buy a physical ticket
