Used it back when it was free and worked wonders!

I haven't used the paid version but back when this was free, I found it and utilized it to clean an account (after testing on a burner ofc), and it deleted everything I asked for it. I wiped my Twitter account prior to it being X, but now I am curious as to how that would work with Musk's new implemented API limits. Regardless from what I remember using the app it would even pause and wait when it got throttled and continue after so I assume this would again be the case today even if it took longer due to the limits. Now I am seeing their ads pop up and it's cool to see a US based privacy company that allows you to control your data still - even when it's deleted it remains on your device (only if you choose to retain a copy of the deleted).

Takes months to answer a support ticket just to be misinformed...

I am having a hard time reasoning with why I should stick with their products when they clearly don't even have enough people to do something that cannot be done without a CS rep. All I want to do is transfer my existing membership I paid for onto my Orbi system being tested now after it was factory reset. They state they have no record of this, however I have the receipt of 1 year of service I paid for 5 months ago. Absurd and pretty useless if I have to literally send them a copy of my receipt for them to look it up (I'm using the same email as my account.)

Using it for Brave rewards, but the mobile app has full screen Ads...

Currently using them as a platform to receive my Brave tokens from viewing Ads; haven't had a problem since I began using them several months ago.

I don't however appreciate how they spam the users with full screen coin launch info about non-relevant coins but you can't blame a business for upselling their products/services - I just wish it was done in a less tacky and annoying way that forces user interaction before we can see our account...

Next day shipping and with Fedex 2-day air!

Ordered a surplus holster from these guys, received shipping confirmation within 24 hours and it is in route to me via Fedex 2 day! Couldn't be happier with the speed and customer service thus far. Not to mention good pricing and selection of items. Got everything to my house for $31 within a few days.

Quick shipping and nice selection, however...

Quick shipping and nice selection, however I personally didn't receive any confirmation email, or shipping email and had to rely on USPS's tracking system informing me of a package inbound from their same city and state. I checked my spam email and even double checked they weren't somehow blocked in my email system (I use ProtonMail so it's not like they could intervene and block someone on my behalf) and there were no emails or blocks present.

Not sure if this was a bug or something but I just received my package with Taser cartridges and they are all sealed in original packaging! Well worth it for anybody wanting some extra practice probes! Will use this company again and am actually considering buying more already - big thanks to the SOS team, keep up the great work!

Great CS, fast shipping, and awesome products!

I recently ordered a Taser X26P from these guys and it was marked as shipped the same day within a few hours. Unluckily for me it got caught up coming through DC in the inauguration and was delayed but I got exactly what was advertised. They even send out a photo of your exact item with the shipping notification so you know what to expect.

I noticed in the photo there was some black holster markings on the unit, as well as some dirt within the grooves of the grip. I went ahead and fully sanitized it and then proceeded to wipe it down with some elbow grease and iso wipes and now it looks like (almost) new - certainly good enough for my standards. Seems to function great and no issues thus far! Just wish they had some 25ft cartridges in stock still...

Great prices, products, and CS!

I ordered a Taser extended battery with the ability to have a reload on my X26 since it was seemingly the lowest price around for the same item. I ordered and there was a little hiccup with shipping and a delay with the inauguration interrupting business hours but we got it sorted out. Apparently their system flagged my order as an 'extended magazine' which would not have been able to be shipped to my home state, despite it being a 1 round magazine/battery if you'd even call it that. We got it sorted within a couple of emails back and forth and within the hour it was resolved and the next day I received shipping confirmation.

This is a California based company, and so they must comply with their state laws and similar. I suspect the other reviewers didn't realize this and tried ordering magazines of any capacity and are now waiting for a refund or exchange. Every company must comply with these absurd laws or they will be punished by their local gov, and I don't think any of us want more restriction from top down...

I love what these guys have built and are providing to the community! It may seem little, but something that helps fellow good guys identify who you are could be life saving! I'm all for these kinds of products that we can integrate into our lives with minimal effort but can provide us with maximum returns should it be needed.

Buy once, cry once. Made in USA, and great CS and warranty!

Edit: I couldn't be happier with Surefire's CS! From the time I sent my email to them to the time I had a brand new flashlight in my hand was around 10 days! This is why I buy Surefire; you buy the brand, not just their product. Glad they stand behind their products and defenders out in the world.

I purchased a EDC2-DFT flashlight directly from their site and had only dropped it once and treated it fairly well. Then today I noticed something slightly rattling inside of the head while it was being charged. I reached out to CS as I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from, and I couldn't hold anything down and make the rattling stop. They responded to my email within 10 minutes and Rene and I went through some troubleshooting prior to being issued an RMA and 2-day UPS return label. I even specifically asked if the 4-5 foot impact on asphalt would've caused this and thus not be covered under warranty as this wasn't manufacture error. He assured me this was fine and would be covered and informed me of the wait time.

Large inventory and good CS experience!

I ordered a couple of extended baseplates from the site, as well as night sights when they were in stock for the $65 a set or whatever it was. The site is good but it could use some refining, as you can't actually tell what generations the sights fit on, and I ended up ordering sights that fit for a G17 Gen1-4 but not the 5th gen like I needed. I called in and a gentleman told me he could transfer me to someone who can order the right sights for me at the same price despite them not being listed on the site and start a return on the others. I opted to just keep the sights and installed them on an old build but again, it would be nice to actually be able to see detailed views of what parts fit what guns - they are the manufacture who would have this information anyways... It would also save them time and money to stop returns for this exact reason or even just phone calls for customers confirming this part fits that model and so on.

Rear sight finish wore off; now rusting and replaced

I bought a set of these sights as I purchased a new G17 and needed an upgrade from the polymer ones. I also didn't feel like spending $160 or something for some Trijicon tritium so I opted for another American made company and bought these through Amazon from XS.

There were initially no issues, I noticed the vials were a little more dim than others but still visible and could be a plus so they aren't glowing through a shirt or anything (as much anyways). I use my guns as they should be used - as tools. So I carry it religiously, and even practice drawing, manipulating the slide, and reloading. This leads to increased wear on the slide, frame, and every friction point on the gun honestly. I started noticing a small amount of rust developing on the rear sight only (none on the slide or optic right next to it), then cleaned and oiled it well. After about 6 months, (only 2 years of owning them) the sight was almost fully covered in rust. This is extremely disappointing as now I have to remove my RDO, reinstall the new irons, and re-torque and zero my dot all because a product that claims to have a lifespan of 12 years is encapsulated in a steel frame that isn't coated to last that long... Like I said to the XS guys, I hope I don't sound like a picky person - these are live saving tools that need to function and should hold up to at least as long as the manufacture warranties their product. People sell PD trade-in Glocks with 12+ year old tritium that barely glows and the coating is still in tact, and no rust on the irons. So it certainly is possible, it's just not being employed here for whatever reason.

Before anyone says anything, yes I clean and lubricate my firearms regularly as the manual suggests, but for carrying appendix all day even if I slathered the rear sight in oil it will get rubbed off. It is one of the only un-protected parts on a holstered gun... This is bound to be a wear point so they should fix this ASAP to continue to be a competitor with the big guys and possibly even fight for US contracts and thus bring more competition to the market and bring lower prices to us consumers for better overall products as the competition catches up to the guys installed on every PD/Mil sidearm.

Sending spam emails to people

I was emailed twice from JF (contact's initials for privacy) - a 'Business Development Executive' without me reaching out or requesting anything prior. They reached out to me via my email in an IG profile, and proceeded to send me messages without any way to opt out. I made a complaint with the FTC as they aren't following the CAN-SPAM act, and could be charged up to $51,744 per non-compliant email sent (I personally received 2), and asked to be removed from the contact list and never to be contacted again.

Thankfully they complied and didn't even respond and are hopefully now in compliance with the act but it's just insane to me to think these companies can just scrape people's personal data and think it's okay to use as some type of lead generation... I hope they do get a fine and learn the same lesson many other companies also need to be learning!

Good CS but ignored my other email...

I have placed a few orders from Trex-Arms and they have quick shipping and normally good customer service! However, I was trying to purchase Arredondo base pads and apparently I cannot purchase this plastic part and spring because of my states law according to their site... Then you go on any other website like TaranTactical, or even Arredondo themselves - the manufacture of the product they're selling and they will ship it to the same address no problem! It's absurd that they self-impose some restrictions for their customers and pretty dumb since I am a loyal customer to them as I learned to shoot from Lucas's videos during C19. I emailed them saying just that and explained my POV and how other retailers will sell them but I wanted to buy them from them.

I remember a video where Lucas said something to the effect of these videos aren't free to make, and we sell a lot of the products you see here, so support us and buy them. Well I'm trying to do just that to give my gratitude and my email gets ignored for months with still no response.

Lifetime Warranty Honored on Backpack!

I purchased my backpack in 2016 from a company that now is out of business. It only had minor issues that slowly became enough of an annoyance I sent it in for repair. The one zipper got stuck (thankfully at the bottom of the track) and so I only had one to open it for 1-2 years. I didn't have any other issues with the bag besides some minor fraying threads and such - but no holes as other reviewers have mentioned. I assume they only fix things due to manufacture defect, and not user error or mishandling which would make sense to me! Someone can't just buy a new iPhone and smash it on the ground for a new one claiming it didn't hold up...

I just got my bag back and they replaced the zipper and I still have my original bag in service! Overall an awesome company which I'd buy more from! They even encouraged me to reuse an old mailer to reduce the amount of waste, on top of allowing me to fix my bag instead of that becoming waste too! Not many US companies honoring their products still so we should all do what we can to support them!

Great company making great gear I've used for years

I began purchasing Zagg screen protectors and such as I liked they came with a warranty (especially since these break all the time as a sacrificial layer instead of your screen). So for the same price as many other protectors ($10) you can pay for the shipping and have a replacement for the broken one which is an awesome deal in my opinion! They work great too! Anytime I've had one installed on my phone it worked as advertised and protected the glass while cracking only the protector upon impact. This worked that way regardless if it was the tempered glass model, or the flexible models that they had to cut on a machine in malls and such.

Overall a great product and customer experience from me! I have received numerous replacements over the years and they all worked wonderfully! I don't baby my devices either - they are tools to be used. I don't abuse them but I don't go out of my way to protect them either and they hold up for a decently long time. I think I had the protector on my phone for over a year before I needed the replacement and it's been dropped on numerous occasions since then.

Great CS and super responsive/understanding!

Update: I received my order from Rak about a month after placing it, and I requested the antenna to be mounted on the Unify enclosure, and it was not. I contacted them about this, stating yes it was only $10, but if I bought many nodes like I want to, this could be nearly the price of another node! They also wanted proof showing I received the item disassembled - which I could not provide as I had already assembled and deployed it... They still refunded me the assembly price, and informed me they corrected the issue so it won't happen again.

I recently placed an order with RakWireless for a WinBlock device and accessories and after placing the order noticed the base board must've defaulted back to the EU version of the product and I hadn't realized it before placing the order. So I contacted their support in hopes I could get this changed prior to it shipping and they emailed me back a little under 2 days later and changed it out.

Overall great customer service and would order again. Keep in mind it's about a 20 day lead time from order creation to receipt and it's appearing to be the same for me. Being that they are based in China, the time zones are way off too so I received their response at 5am my time, also just something to keep in mind. Hopefully we never have to use these devices but I think they work fantastically from my testings and could even possibly be deployed in SAR teams or similar with ATAK. Thank you Rak for all you guys do!!

MasterCard World Debit is Awesome!

I appreciate what Mastercard does and the benefits their card provides me with. I get a price match guarentee on many items purchased with the card, for up to 90 days. So I can purchase something prior to black Friday or some other hectic shopping time and receive my item early while still enjoying the discount. Granted I have to submit an online form but that's pretty simple as I have free time on the computer anyways with work.

Would (and have) recommend the MasterCard World Debit to my friends and family as it's an awesome little card to get everything done you need without the fees (for SoFi anyways).

No product received, no email response for 1+ months

Update: Literally a few hours after I filed the charge back, and 3 weeks after last hearing from them I got an email stating they are shipping my item out either today or tomorrow... Will be emailing them to let them know not to bother but I thought it was a little coincidental that within 3 hours of me messaging the bank the company reaches out to me... Strange.

I ordered from these guys in the beginning of September. On September 22nd, the item was scanned in for the final time with USPS, and then was lost and never to be seen again. I waited a week or two after USPS did their search and still nothing, and contacted CombatTextiles themselves. They said they appreciated my patience and they would send out another one. I never got any updated tracking info, and even emailed them back asking hey, what's up with the replacement, and never got a response. Now, a month after the original package was lost, I initiated a chargeback through my bank since I never received the product and can't communicate with the seller...

The product ships from a college town in PA so I kinda understand someone trying to hustle and make their business but treating people right should also be a priority.

Company sent me the wrong screws and won't answer emails for weeks.

I purchased their belt originally through Amazon, and liked their product and used it daily. After a couple years of wear and tear I wanted to change out the belt, something this company offers without purchasing a new buckle and all. So I purchased it from their website and waited the week for it to ship to me... Upon receiving the item, I noticed the screws that shipped with the item were way too large for my buckle, I contacted their email (actually both of their emails) weeks ago and still have gotten no response. You would think a company making so much money off of our industry would want to fix their problem instead of ignoring it and going bankrupt but oh well.

Corrected their issue with the product quickly and appropriatly!

I purchased a 10 pack of the Golden Cherry flavor hydration multiplier from my local Weis store and noticed that two out of the 10 packets inside (still sealed and in original packaging) were somehow rock hard. I opened one up to make sure it wasn't somehow vacuum sealed or something weird making it feel like this, but it was all clumped together and a giant hard mess that was unusable.

I reached out to their customer service via the online form, and was notified that I needed to send them some information, as well as photos of the item(s) damaged. I went ahead and sent them the needed info, and to my surprise they sent me out a 16 pack of the golden cherry at no cost to me to fix the issue! All in all, it started out as a bad experience (not sure if it was the retailer, or the manufacture's fault) but they addressed the problem and course corrected.

The product itself is vital to me as I was recently diagnosed with POTS and was told to increase my sodium intake substantially, which this helps with! Since my hospitalization in January of this year, I haven't passed out at all using just this and supplementing my diet slightly with more sodium as needed. Overall love the product, and could even be considered a life saver as it gives the needed sodium, while not tasting like salt water. Could be less sweet as it tastes like a whole lot of sugar (which it does have listed on nutrient facts) but overall a great product for on the go hydration. I can see why they called it Liquid IV because it seems to be just that - just with more sugar and other ingredients of course!
