Amazing blinds. Was quoted £2,600 for two windows by the bespoke blinds mafia (they all quote similarly outrageous prices); ended up getting the same level of bespoke fit and quality with BlocOut for £270 per window. They’re ridiculously easy to install as well. I also got measure insurance which was lucky, as measuring with a laser measure turns out to not be as precise as one would expect (a shame, as I’d got the laser only for this purpose! I’d recommend sticking to old school measuring tape). The insurance really works - it was no issue at all to have the blind collected and a new one made and delivered. Absolutely recommend BlocOut.

I ordered 18" Invisitip Nanobonds in Linen Blonde and Barley Blonde — seriously impressed. The hair is full from root to tip, smooth, healthy… wow.

I’m Zumba-obsessed, I’ve been doing it since the early days of Zumba 15 years ago. Beyond the initial hype years, it’s been extremely difficult to find a good quality class, so I was beyond delighted to discover this gem of a class at Wavelengths. A top 1% class with incredible teachers!

It’s a crime what Next did to it. Painful to watch. Used to be an amazingly stylish shop - how hard was it to just keep the old designers / look?

Just excellent (got The Mikuta Sweater in Stone); I'll likely get another one in a different colour. The fit is excellent, it's comfy and stretchy, the delivery was fast and I can't really relate to some of the other reviews on quality - but then they were about different items. I'm a happy customer so far!!

This customer service is quick and responsive. The shade of my rug was slightly different than I had expected, and they quickly offered 3 options including a full refund. The shipping was extremely fast too, the rug arrived within about 1-2 days of being shipped.

Positives:
- the food and textures are yummy
- they've thought about sustainability
- they offer plant-based food with minimum to no ultra-processing (the ingredients lists are impressive!)
- creative recipes, of the gut-healthy, Zoe kind (healthy and yummy!)

Potential areas for improvement:
- no single person options (the minimum order is 3x 2-person meal)
- there is still a reasonable amount of cooking and washing up involved (for a busy mum, that is); I'd be willing to pay slightly more to have the meals delivered fully finished; would be an absolute dream! (And would save so much packaging and washing up, so more environment-friendly)
- no mobile app, guessing one will be introduced in the future

Love the furniture. Customer service goes above and beyond, would give 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful garden furniture, and the customer service is beyond friendly and amazing.

I was a loyal customer (would buy 20-30 products a year); there is currently not even a single dress I would consider purchasing. Design went down the drain. Heartbreaking.

Been trying to reach customer service for days now; there are no agents on chat though they promise a 2-3 minute wait time (I'e waited for hours in total now). Very disappointing!

Love love love everything AA. I’ve become quite the convert; I think I have close to 50 AA items in my home now, have done her masterclass, and am painting all my rooms in AA paint colours. I think the trick is that (unlike almost everyone else) she doesn’t speak to the eye, she speaks to the soul - she creates vibes as opposed to pretty things. Absolute genius. 🖤

They were fantastic over the years, but they have now suddenly closed down and I have an unused £100 voucher from a previous return that I now won't be able to use / won't get my money back

The best underwear in the world; I purchased a single bra by LoveStories 4 years ago (still going strong), and rediscovered the brand again this winter, when I went a bit crazy and purchased 20+ items on their winter sale (I am in love with each single one of them). Their items truly are a ‘holiday for the boobs’, and are clearly made by women for women - so rare to find this. The designs are so fun, and truly a celebration of femininity. Customer service has been superb for me - I use their WhatsApp service, which replies the same day and is super effective and helpful. I had to return a large-ish order to their shop in the Netherlands, and this went super smoothly / I got my refund without any trouble. Also love their physical shop in Shoreditch, which I have raided several times this winter. 😊 They make every morning feel special for me (I love picking my underwear in the morning now), and I intend on staying a customer for life! Thanks for existing, LS! 😊❤️

Christian and Adam were amazing and made moving day a breeze, despite our household being quite large. They were extremely organised, careful with our things, and hard-working; I didn’t see them take a single break during the 8-hour move! They were also nice and pleasant to be around. Would definitely use them again!
