Do not use them - Awful

Made a booking to go to Stewart Island with bus tour which I paid for but they never provided any ticket and said I had not booked (it shows on their confirmation). Numerous message to what appears to be either not a person or someone who really did not understand. Awful service, expensive (book direct its cheaper) and then really difficult to get a refund

Worst service ever

Like everyone. Need to update my Tom Tom but impossible to do so and Live Bot is terrible. Seems the "Lifetime" maps etc is a joke. Bot does not even recognise my serial number despite this being on my device and on the email they sent me.

Poor/Unhelpful customer service

Tried to change email. Spent all day trying to get through as you have to telephone. Adviser confirmed email changed but now I am locked out of my account and they might still have my old email! Spoke to another adviser and told they can only get someone to assist me 9-5 UK time. Not helpful when you have a problem. Will now have to wait for tomorrow and hope they ring..

Online chat service was terrible

Online chat service was terrible. Only wanted to replace a damaged card but got nowhere. Kept going round in circles with questions For some reason couldn't sign into account. Could not be resolved and promised to contact me in a few days...
