I can plain outright tell you all that these people are fraudsters. No food delivered and when you complain you get stupid replies like ",I have reviewed your order and wasn't able to confirm your order didn't arrive. This means we are unable to issue a refund at this time"
OR
We can confirm that this order isn't eligible for a refund or price adjustment. Thank you for your understanding.
I got these replies under a couple of hours of complaining that an order never arrived. It is so frustrating dealing with incompetent fools.
I would have to dispute the payment with my bank.
Did ubereats actually investigate
Did they speak to the ubereats driver
Did they call the restaurant

WHAT INVESTIGATIONS WERE CARRIED OUT TO REACH THIS CONCLUSION

This nursing agency doesn't deserves any rating below one star. I have dealt with horrible agencies but this is the worst. They are as follows:
UNRELIABLE
DISORGANISED
UNTRUSTWORTHY
I must advise, anyone out there who wants to register with a nursing agency to avoid at all cost DAY WEBSTER OR CARE PROVIDERS.

Bolt is crap, simple and short.
They give you a price but at the end of your ride you find out that the fare has increased. This of course, is about the same route, same time/length of journey and same place. No delays whatsoever, so why the every now and then discrepancies in prices. I prefer Uber. Only use bolt in dire conditions.
