Trying since the end of August to join this agency, waste of my time. Spoke to the manager, sent CV twice, completed online form of interest…twice. Appalling. Don’t bother wasting your time either with this company.

Awful. Avoid like the plague. First they made a big deal out of putting me up a band in order to meet my wage requirements (I've since found out the original band would have been fine but it would have eaten into their profits too much). Then they had four weeks to complete my compliance before I started my placement. Nearly eight weeks later and they still haven't done it. So far I've been asked to take a blood test to prove my vaccination status, asked to sign a waiver exempting them from employers liability and asked to sign for information I haven't received (several emails about this and still haven't received the paperwork I'm expected to confirm I've read). They have my bank details but then after I didn't get paid for my first week they told me that goes through a different company (still no idea why they have my bank details) and when I finally did get paid last week they've paid me the wrong rate so I'm several hundred pounds short. There's been no response to any emails about this either but I'm still being chased to confirm I've read the paperwork that I appear to not be allowed to actually see.

I had the pleasure of not hearing from them again since July but I got approached again by them (specifically someone called Rylley Fuller). Very disingenuous, very unprofessional and very malicious.

I have a consultant who has been very good to me in regards to making work shifts available to me while I am been flexible and also understand how to react whenever I complain to him about a job issue. His name is Afraz. I have been working with this agency since the beginning of this year and have been really impress with the way they go about allocating shifts when they become available from different hospitals and also how quickly timesheet are processed and paid the same day submitted. Very prompt in response. Fast and helpful. Very professional and articulate in resolving issues at hand.

Despite uploading all necessary documents through their website, I was inexplicably requested to submit scanned copies twice. Additionally, there were concerning discrepancies regarding fees. While their contract stated the service was free, I encountered attempts to obtain my bank details for seemingly fabricated charges. Communication throughout the process was unacceptably poor.

I was brought in for a meeting regarding an incident where I made my first mistake in the business, I took full responsibility and held my hands up. My manager and team leader knew I was on anti depressants at the time and induced a panic attack, they did not know how to help or assist and I was pulled into a meeting on the following Monday in which my manager implied I wanted to have a conversation with you as I thought you may have killed yourself over the weekend. The team leader than spoke to me like a piece of crap with attitude. During my time here they have a turn over of over 70 people, they fired young people weeks before they were due to finish there apprenticeship. This company claims to have values such as professionalism and team work- none of this was present during my time. While I learnt a lot about working life and what not to do, this company doesn’t take care of staff. This company broke me.

This nursing agency doesn't deserves any rating below one star. I have dealt with horrible agencies but this is the worst. They are as follows:

I must advise, anyone out there who wants to register with a nursing agency to avoid at all cost DAY WEBSTER OR CARE PROVIDERS.
