Terrible company - charge an extortionate fee for duplicate house keys (plus a ridiculously high fee for postage as they are security conscious) and then they sent it to the wrong house. I also only realised when I emailed THEM to ask where the keys were. Shocking service and terrible company.

Don't use this company. I was told that NETFLIX was included for free 5 years ago when I started with them. It turns out that I have bene paying £6 per month right from the beginning. RIP OFF COWBOYS

Poor service from Manager Andrew. Very condescending and patronising. Won't be returning. The rest of the team were fab.

Terrible company. Sourced by another incompetent company named Key Mortgage Advice based in Preston. Took the deal when interest rates were at their record low. Ended up paying £400pcm extra i.e. double what it should have been and locked in for five years without realising. Then £10,000 to be released early from the deal. Extortionate - DO NOT USE

This company are affiliated to RWInvest. I purchased a property from RWInvest 5 years ago under the premise that I would be guaranteed rent for two years. In fact, after 18 months, RWInvest/Nexus Residential effectively 'stole' my rental monies of £4700 (6 months worth of rent). When I continually complained, they kept mentioning that they were just the agents who sold the property and if Nexus didn't pay us, this was nothing to do with them. However, when you make contact with Nexus Residential via whatsapp then, unsurprisingly, the RWInvest logo appears. They then made a flimsy promise to manage the property for free for three years. After 15 months they then relinquished their responsibilities to another company called Legacie who proceeded to charge me full whack. I still haven't got my £4700 returned and I never will. Don't use either of these companies as they will take a large chunk of your rental monies and keep insisting that they are not the same company when they effectively are (by saying they are not the same, they can effectively pass the buck). You can never get hold of anyone from Nexus either by email or phone as they never respond to either. DONT USE THEM!!!

First deal resulted in £400pcm more (compared to the nearest competitor) for 24 months and then £10,000 to be released early - in total, approx. £20,000 more than I should have paid. Second deal resulted in £100pcm more throughout the 5 year period and approx. £5000 to be released early - in total, approx. £10,000 more. My mortgage advisor (clearly more competent) was horrified that I was on such a poor deal as I have an excellent credit history and a good job. I would advise anyone reading this, PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company. They clearly push the products that will generate the best commission and returns for themselves and their company, at the extortionate cost to their clients. The people who sourced these ludicrous deals for me were Angela Wharton / Sharon Duckworth. I have taken this to the Ombudsman, however, they are easily able to justify their actions with proof but it doesn't mean that clients always understand and/or read everything that they have been told.

Rubbish - My mother ordered a stand alone headboard and they simply left it on the front door porch. I know all the spiel about Health and Safety and why they can't come indoors but this may be down to the UK culture whereby, any excuse can be given for doing as little work as possible. My mother is 77 and lives alone and almost broke her back trying to take it upstairs. This would never happen in USA or any other country. Don't use this stupid lazy company!

They were great when the estate agent booked them to do an end of tenancy clean. Based on this, I made the mistake of asking Angela to come and clean my private property, however, I felt that as I was now an individual client, they simply didn't take the care and effort, nor time, that they should have. Lots of things were missed out. They started around 10am as had trouble with getting in apparently, and then they messaged around 4pm saying it was all complete. When I returned home from work , it was ok but not gleaming as it was with my end of tenancy clean and yet cost wise, was roughly the same. Nothing wrong with this company, however, I would stick to using them through estate agents for end of tenancy cleans and not individual custom. I have used a different name for the purposes of this review.
