Absolutely shocking customer service, can definitely tell this company is now owned by sports direct. Coat purchased - bad quality, waist elastic wasn’t doubled up and was cut and zip broke within a few wears. Faulty returns process impossible! Why charge customers to return faulty goods! First response from the company denying my issue is a manufacturing issue when it quite clearly is!, after my reply received a helpful email, but then the link didn’t work as I am outside of the returns policy. After another email there has been no response. But my item is faulty! Do not bother with this company! I genuinely believe they will do anything to avoid refunds!

Bedding is lovely, really happy with it all! (Pillows and duvet). Duvet feels like a marshmallow, lovely! :)

Always very friendly and really helpful, if I needed to speak to anyone-all very seamless. Would definitely use this company again! We had a fabulous time this weekend thank you!

This is such a lovely item, I bought the planner for my daughter as a graduation gift. Having her name on the front makes the gift really personal. The gift wrapping in a box makes it extra special too, thank you!
