I spent quite a bit of time looking into this and was quite specific on the quality of product that I wanted. The product was easy to put up (hammer drill required into brick work) and looks great. Loved that the remote was already synched and was able to test within 90 minutes of starting. They even have a WhatsApp link for quick questions and respond very quickly. I used this and they sent me an individual video to rectify my issue with levelling. I even dropped a screw (which can't be found!) and have already sent me a replacement. The aftercare service is just as good as the product and will now be purchasing a second to go over our patio table. Great job guys from start to finish. Thank you

I raised a complaint regarding IHD's and this was resolved to full satisfactory. Even more that this, was pleasantly surprised at the ownership of this case by Beth who owned and responded very quickly to my emails sent. Her comms were clear and felt she actively wanted to help and assist

Would have given a higher mark but for the reason that if you want to buy multiple numbers of a product then you have to pay £3 delivery for each.
