Despite notification of delivery nothing arrived. Left at the wrong house.

Notified of delivery of fresh food but no ring at doorbell and no parcel anywhere on property. Our house is clearly numbered.

After checking the photo we discovered that the box of perishable food had been delivered to and taken in by a neighbour. Unfortunately they are elderly with dementia so it took a while for them to find it when we called after identifying the right front door.

A very poor delivery service.

Poor quality synthetic fabric, no returns allowed.

The garments on the Lorealwear website looked attractive and it stated that the fabric was 100% cotton/linen so I ordered two round necked tops. Delivery was very slow and when they arrived I found that they were 100% synthetic, a dreadful fabric. The sizing had also come up small. The company would not accept returns as they said it was too expensive to return to China. They said they would only give a partial refund if I changed my one star review.

Cancelled the order immediately but took the money!

I ordered a Gymshark gift voucher for a friend who was told their transaction was fraudulent and it went through OK but when I went to order a gift card for my daughter’s birthday a few days later my transaction was cancelled as it looked fraudulent. I have checked my credit card statement and £100 has been taken out by Gymshark so how can it be fraudulent? Gymshark cannot explain why my order has been rejected but have advised me to try again but using a different email address and contact number but, firstly, I haven’t got another email address, and secondly, I am not going to give them more money when they already some and won’t give me what I have paid for.

Service from Wren was very efficient, kitchen furniture is of good quality. Contractors who installed were excellent.

Pleased with the service from Hughes

Pleased with the service from Hughes. After getting some good advice from staff at the Felixstowe shop I ordered a fridge freezer on line which was delivered promptly and at a good price.
