We completed the sale on our property today and we have been very pleased with the service provided by Montpellier Legal.
They were prompt to respond to all queries, carried out all of the conveyancing to a high standard and answered all queries from the buyers solicitor.

I would very much recommend them and will use them again.

I recently had an issue with one of their products and after one short email to Abigail Mitchell at their Customer Services department, had it sorted with a replacement product shipped out the same day.

Excellent support both pre and post sales.

Answered all queries related to products, options available and also provided covers for valves despite not being included post sales.

Couldn't ask for more really.

Needed a new toilet flush lever and associated parts but after trying Screwfix and 5 different plumbers merchants, I couldn't find the right diameter part.

Thankfully Toolstation had one that would accommodate a couple of different sizes by changing the sleeve part.

Excellent service from both Cheltenham and Gloucester stores with friendly staff.

I really like the personalisation you do with the coffee deliveries aswell.

I ordered several items from HeatandPlumb as they were by far the cheapest supplier for everything I wanted.
I also had to cancel one item from the order (shower screen) as the fitter advised I wouldn't be able to squeeze that into the room afterall. I called HeatandPlumb to cancel this item only and this was absolutely no issue and refund issued immediately, though the items weren't dispatched at this stage.

There was also a picking error as I only received one of the wall mounted taps, but again a quick call to HeatandPlumb with them dispatching the missing tap the next day.

Very pleased with everything thus far.

I ordered the product from the Cheltenham store, which was showing as them having at least one in stock so the order processed successfully and I started driving across town a few minutes later.

Within a few minutes, the chap at the Cheltenham store called me to alert me to the fact they actually didn't have any in store and was going to refund me immediately and wanted to call me to save a wasted trip.

I asked about the Gloucester store and he checked stock levels which showed they had several so suggested I drive there instead and that he would call them to transfer the purchase between stores.

Brilliant service and I very much appreciated the phone call which saved a wasted trip and the product was great value aswell.
