I ordered the product from the Cheltenham store, which was showing as them having at least one in stock so the order processed successfully and I started driving across town a few minutes later.

Within a few minutes, the chap at the Cheltenham store called me to alert me to the fact they actually didn't have any in store and was going to refund me immediately and wanted to call me to save a wasted trip.

I asked about the Gloucester store and he checked stock levels which showed they had several so suggested I drive there instead and that he would call them to transfer the purchase between stores.

Brilliant service and I very much appreciated the phone call which saved a wasted trip and the product was great value aswell.
