I purchased from Restless previously and loved the shirt I bought. I put in a second order and when the new shirt arrived, it was printed on a cheaper, thinner material and a much smaller fit. I have emailed a few times and promises were made to replace the shirt but I have not received anything and now I'm being ghosted from the company.
"I do have loads of old stock on the American style. How about we send out a package of this shirt and some freebies in the old style and a size up In the new style . To see how you feel about both with one that fits in the long run ?" Sept 13 - Restless Wear
"I would love that if you could" Sept 13 - Me
" I will raise this order and get it sent ASAP. I will email you with the tracking details" Sept 16 - Restless Wear

After this I got an email that they had sent them out (which they did not as I did not receive anything), then "but it looks like sending the American size and the new size was missed" and asking me to remind them, when it was in the previous emails. I also resent an email asking about it, telling them I never received anything on December 13. Still no repsonse from them until the response here on TrustPilot.

Hi Mike, Apologies that you feel this way about the service. I have had a look at our email conversations and we have explained the move to organic cotton from the previous heavy cotton American brand. There is a size discrepancy between the American fit and the European fit. We have put a lot of effort into a new size guide on the product pages. However organic cotton T-Shirts are not cheap and in fact cost twice the price to bring in as the previous brand. We made the switch for quality reasons
I can see from the last email we sent we asked what items you like us to send out to compensate you for the size issue. Please see the email from November 21. However, the only response was an email back on 14th December asking where the complimentary items were. I think wires have been crossed here with our communication
