Not even one star

Not even one star, twice my order was send it wrong, nit the original advertise, lied about “sweet surprise “ was nothing at all, and my first delivery arrived after 3 weeks and second delivery,i asked them to not deliver the same time frame so they decided to deliver in nearly one month, they cigarettes ar shit, taste of tree leaves…waste of money. Avoid this “company” they sell counterfeit products!!!Update after answer me:
I know what i ordered and what i received, i cannot upload pictures with the order but i send you by mail..please don’t take me has a kid…and i’m not blind too🙄
Second order was to give u a second chance 🤣 but don’t worry mate…good luck with your business!

2. “sweet surprise “ - i ecplained you that we cannot send chocolate bars in the summer. They melt
3. All our cigarettes are 100% original. You can check/scan the QR code on every pacl!

As for delivery - you are right here. We do have a lot of delays and we ae working on improving our shipping speed

Update after answer - the packs looks different, because cigarettes pack design in each country differ. In UK all packs looks the same, in US there are no warnings on the packs, in our country there is a picture warning. But they are 100% original. If they werent original - you would not place the second order!

AVOID AVOID!!!
Should be “love your money “ not “love holiday”The hotel i should stay was advertised with 4 stars,but hotel was 3 stars and in reality is 1 star. No hot water,room not clean at all, even found towels on the floor on the bathroom floor, multiple damage on the room,we couldn’t stay because of bad smell of dump however when i told to receptionist that i paid £488 (3 nights) and i expected a normal hotel room, they start to laugh…told me that if i booked with them i should pay £66 per night. So “love your money”, sorry “loveholiday” have more than 100%profit doing not to much… I need to sort this out, after 2 days still didn’t solve the problem, luckily we found different hotel and a real 4 stars. The costumer service advised to stay in the hotel not to leave it…i so on tv better rooms for the seek asylum people …never book again. PEOPLE IF YOU CARE OF YOUR MONEY AND MORE IMPORTANT YOUR HOLIDAY CHOOSE A REAL HOLIDAY COMPANY!

Careful what car you take!!!

Not happy at all at my last visit…they give me a 4 years old car with 30 small scratches and very dirty back seats,the staff wasn’t to helpful,just advised me to pay extra,next time, for a new car…But there’s no next time…Avoid Bucharest agency

Unfortunately, we do our best to receive the car that you would like, but as it's mentioned when you're doing the reservation, if it's not available, you will receive a similar car from the same class.

Stolen your money

Not even a star, zero stars deserve…still waiting my refund, after 4 months and loads of emails begging for my money still not received them. Call them and they said they will place my request on priority…What a joke,this company should be closed…Avoid Easybook at any cost!!
