Supportive customer service . guy from customer support…

The guy from customer support understood the issue with the last bill and un recieved package .
Prepared a new bill instead , deleted the old one and took care the paskage gets sent to me.

It helped that the offers got listed in one place all together and I got all of them by adding the request for the loan - just once in one place, instead of 5 , f. eks.
