Nearly a year later and I still haven’t been paid my money.
I have questioned this with AXS and just receive emails saying I should speak with PayPal!
Something to do with PayPal. PayPal aren’t interested and say it’s AXS problem.
This has been going on for a year now and I still have never received refund!
And reading TrustPilot and other sites it seems I maybe one of hundreds, if not thousands who are having the same problem, right now, of not being paid by AXS. Seems like a scam and stitch up, call it what you like.
Customer Service seems non existent too get passed on.

What can I do next?

Another review for one of the best companies about, had the same experience as usual, sent device off and paid straight away. Wouldn’t use anyone else! Fantastic service and will be back again and again. Don’t leave reviews for anyone else but this company deserves everything thank you

AWFUL! Worst shop ever! Bought a full tracksuit spent £70 and only the hoodie turned up!! Been emailing them and no response!! Crap customer service and do not pay for next day delivery as it doesn’t turn up!! Sports direct you are a disgrace

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT purchase no delivery, chasing refund for couple days get told 24hours! And nothing!! Customer service is poor!! Go to other vape companies who will treat you better.

Spoke to Kim, in customer service today, so helpful had to add on another creditor and she was brilliant from start of the call to finish, very helpful and an asset to the the company, went of the phone happy, StepChsnge is brilliant!! Thankyou
