Fast way poor customer service

They said they failed to deliver my package 4 days ago and didn't give any explanation as to why. I couldn't find a valid number to contact them with, the no on Google said it was no longer valid when I tried ringing it. I live in cork so that's the phone number I'm talking about. I had to get into their website and write my complaint. I was told on the website that I would have a reply back in 24 hours. Granted it was a Friday about 12 noon but I emailed them again after 36 hours when they didn't reply it was about 60 hrs before they got back to me. They say it's delivered now but I'll have to wait n see when I get home. To be honest their customer service would put me off buying on line.

What you want on time. The videos are good on Sundays and Sandra's five at Five videos.
