Nikki and the team at Southam branch have always been so supportive and helpful. Really cannot fault them. Nikki always advises what is best for you and understands your personal situation. All the staff there are amazing!

Nightmare Ordering

Ordering a nightmare every time I tried to check out it added a couple of hundred pound on basket tried to explain this to customer services who could not add up simple math's so went elsewhere to purchase. Second order sent out wrong no communication from delivery company so had no idea when it was coming they didn't respond to contact, basically don't buy any large items from this company they haven't a clue what they are doing. The 2 stars are only for Lisa who tried to help with second order unfortunately dispatch still cocked it up!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would they do everything they can to reject claims and take forever to decide constantly fobbing you off. I wish I had never swapped companies. Animal Friends far superior and I will be returning to them

Total disgrace! Pity I cant put no stars!

Total disgrace! Pity I can’t put no stars. The most incompetent, insensitive, useless company I have ever dealt with.
I have no idea where there rating of being 3rd for dealing with complaints comes from!
They don’t give a toss about the customer and god forbid if you have had a bereavement like myself as they take great pleasure in making life a nightmare.
They are unable to read emails, word or PDF documents and are unwilling to put anything in writing clearly as they know this can be used against them need be.
Do not touch this company they should have gone bankrupt instead of some of the others but oh no of course they wont as they too busy ripping people off especially the elderly!!!

Avoid avoid avoid

Horrendous company I have now lost 2 days of work due to delivery dates being provided for a dressing table and then it not arriving and they don't even have the decency to tell you. God knows when or if it will even arrive. I will never use this company again and I advise anyone else to avoid like the plaque!!

Avoid at all costs!!

I previously posted a review regarding sales team at Dreams rugby and while I still cannot fault that the after sales care is horrendous!!
Bed poorly put together ,bedside units smashed up, rip in mattress!!
When I contacted Dreams they arranged a new mattress which although has the same name it is not the same. The mattress we purchased was 28 deep the one we have now is 24 went into the shop where the manager tried to tell me it was the same as the display has been in the shop 2 years whereas the delivery guys and customer service tell me it's the new version!!
The linen I purchased was for a deep mattress as was the protector from dreams now useless as too big so another expense. Dreams sent out new slats and bolts for us to finish the bed properly and the guys that bought new bedside table said the bed was shocking!! I have been offered a refund for the charge of construction £65 but the whole thing has cost over £2000 and I have a bed that we have build properly and linen that's no good and a mattress which not the same. I was planning to purchase blanket box to go with the bed and a 2nd bed for spare room but I will never use Dreams again!!

Shocking service

Let down twice by this company first time damaged goods 2nd time delivery cancelled during the allocated timeslot saying no drivers available will now TRY to deliver Xmas Eve meanwhile we have no fridge freezer as gave ours today to someone who didn't have one. Had we been told day before I would not have done this but you don't expect cancellation during the delivery slot!!! Will never use this company again full of lies and excuses for poor management and communication!!!

Beth Chloe and Abbie sold our house and…

Beth Wheeler and her team Chloe and Abbie sold our house and completed the purchase of new house. They were all fantastic! Ensured all went through quickly and within plenty of time for Christmas. They were always on hand to answer and questions or explain anything we didn't understand. I would definitely use them again. Great team!!

Rugby Dreams

I visited the Leamington Spa store to be met by a trainee who proceeded to follow me around the shop trying to sell me a King size bed ..which I did not want, and stopping me from looking at other beds and designs in store so I left very quickly annoyed at a wasted trip.
I went to rugby and when I visited this store, I was met by Claire who asked if we needed help I said not at the moment, she advised where she would be if needed and then allowed us to look around in our own time without hassle. We then went to Claire when we decided on the bed we wanted and she helped with the mattress and we ended up buying a bed, new mattress, pillows and matching side tables.
Claire was patient professional and very helpful and not pushy in anyway. I would definitely return to the Rugby store but never to Leamington
