I discovered a chip in my windscreen and, like everyone, had heard that autoglass repair (autoglass replace!) windscreens. I wasn't sure the process with my insurance so I googled 'esure autoglass' and the first option was a link to autoglass' website where it explained they will take care of all the insurance side of things, all I had to do was book my appointment! I was able to choose a slot the next day, at a time convenient for me - bearing in mind it was a Bank Holiday Monday. Autoglass came to me, I didn't have to leave the house. I live in a terrace with on-street parking, this was not an issue at all. They fixed my chip on the spot, and the technician explained the whole process to me, as well as talking me through everything else Autoglass would be able to offer if needed in future. I learned should I ever need a new windscreen, they will also be able to come to my house to fit it for me! The appointment took less than half an hour and my screen was repaired. All this for £15! I have been raving about Autoglass to anyone who will listen since, I'm very impressed with their service.
