Amazing customer support from the beginning till they hand your shipment to the courier vessel.
I sent my personal effects from UK to Australia as an international student by sea freight, and they guided me for each step. They also sent very generous amount of boxes and packing equipment all included with my package price! Highly recommended and special thanks to Antonio and Elai who dealed with all my queries. 🙂

The service is good, prompt delivery very good app/tracking but BE CAREFUL about ferocious delivery drivers, they would curse because your collection is around 10-20kgs. I think they are not very happy being employed by DPD but I don’t know why.
Stealers, you get accidentally charged and they wouldn’t refund you. They wouldn’t even bother to read your submitted form and send an auto response. Avoid.
Good if you need to do some basic stuff without paying money but it is expensive for what it is if you try the pro plan. After your trial expires, nothing much left. Also I was not getting reminder mails to cancel my free trial so I forgot and got charged. Thankfully the support was very well and issued a full refund.
It is a very good and generous gym. The one I go in Cambridge is constantly being cleaned. On site showers/dryers/lockers/vending machines are all good. The equipment is well maintained and the variety is very nice and there is always space. Their app is perfectly designed, overall quite happy, value for money!

The problem with First Direct is that, I applied to open a basic account via their app, completed the questionnaire as I did with every other bank and then it automatically said “sorry we cannot offer you an account due to our internal policies”. I called them and asked why is that happening as I have never ever rejected by any other bank (I have held plenty of accounts until now with other providers) and they never provided me the reason.
When you go to their website and read they say:
” If you're over 18, a UK resident, haven't been declared bankrupt or registered for an Individual Voluntary Agreement in the last six years (or be in the process of doing so), and have a phone number and email address we can contact you with, we'd love to welcome you.”
It a shame when you fit all these criteria and automatically declined by the system when nobody is telling you what the problem is…

Sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the service on this occasion. I'm unable to access the reason for the declined account through this channel however all banks do have their own internal criteria for offering banking or lending facilities.
I’m sorry, I know this isn’t the decision you were hoping for but if your circumstances change in future, it’s worth letting us know as we may be able to take another look for you. -Darren
It was used to better service over the past years, I don’t know what went wrong but for 2024, the parcels I am sending/receiving started to take ages to reach the final destination. They say it might take 3 working days however things got delivered in 5-6 working days sometimes. Overall, I am not giving like 1 star because I have been using them for a long time and I would say I received affordable and decent service.

Something unbelievable happened, I bought eatlean grated cheese (blue packaged) and I am a regular customer consuming this product.
There were chunks of mould on the bottom bits of the package which I didn’t notice when I consumed it because obviously I grabbed from the top part. When I noticed it was too late, I can’t describe the abdominal pain, gas, bloating and craps I had during the day I had to rest the entire day because I was feeling very bad.
I have photos and everything as a proof and going to raise a formal complaint about this as it affected my health. Very disappointed as a regular customer.
I have been using National Express for 6 years, I generally choose them to travel for my airport trips to London Heathrow and Stanted Airport because no one offers such a good service for that amount of money!
Very pleased by the drivers and on site operations teams and ticket offices. Their website is well designed. All staff are extremely helpful and caring. Coaches are very tidy and comfortable with the seat tables and charging ports for your electronics.
Overall, it gives me a cozy place and affordable choice to travel. 💯

Ultimate customer support, whenever there is a technical issue it is sorted straightaway after you send the email, I don’t understand how people complained about customer service at all, they must be scammers!
Sometimes, even though you complete the survey it says partially complete and your coins may land with a bit of delay and also there were many surveys which I entered and answered eligibility questions, then kicked out because I was not eligible to participate, and did not understand why the survey showed up for me in first place, it was kind of annoying…
Overall very good panel. 👌🏾

Good recruitment agency, they assist you very well. However, some consultants might give misleading information about annual leave calculations. Also it might be worth checking your pay-slips as sometimes your hourly pay rate might not be raised as promised or it might get way too delayed to adjust the correct rate after the probation period. Ask your consultant as much as stuff you can by email or call them directly they will surely call you back and will be happy to help.

Great courier, prices are very convenient. Only thing to keep in mind is that it might take 4-5 working days during busy periods for your parcel to reach the destination. Usually they deliver in 3 working days.
I got the natural deodorant coconut vanilla version. Very lovely scent, however it fell down while trying to apply my armpits, once you put the refill it is not very stable and can fall down. The ingredients are natural and I would prefer those types of brands to the conventional ones as they are better for us and environment. The design should be improved, right now, it is very expensive for what it is.
