Since I have owned this property, I have watched it go down hill. The steps with broken tiles, where myself, a family member and other residents have tripped. There is no paint on the window sills, they’re relight down to bare wood. I have complained about all of the above.

In relation to the steps at the front of your property, as soon as you alerted your property manager of the safety concern, a contractor was deployed to make them safe. We wrote to owners last year regarding the condition of the front steps and provided details of quotes received to repair them. Unfortunately, we did not receive funding or agreement from the owners to instruct the full repair. Due to the time of the year, external tiling work can't be done in wet weather or low temperatures so we will obtain quotes again for a full repair in Spring and provide these to owners.
We also obtained quotes for the repainting of the window sills and eternal areas of the property and provided these to all owners last year, unfortunately we received agreement from only 1 of the 8 owners, therefore we were unable to instruct this work. Your property manager is currently obtaining revised quotes for an internal and external redecoration scheme which will be sent to owners for their consideration. Again, any external painting work will not be possible until the Spring now.
