Item was faulty and trying to get it replaced is a nightmare

The Holy Island and Northumbrian Coast

The holiday started with a long delay to get to the hotel, which was due to the M1 being closed. When we arrived at the Leonardo hotel in Newcastle, it was a terrible free for all in the dining room to get food as three coach parties had arrived at once. They then did three sittings for the next evening but then you were restricted to small portions of food one small scoop of potato, three pieces of meet in the stew and limited vegetables and some nights Dan out of deserts.
At breakfast limited choice of eggs and had to ask if you wanted different.
The trips were very good to lovely places, but we needed more time in each, can understand with Holy Island due to tide times. But every other trip we were brought back early by our coach driver Chris by 4 or earlier. He didn't seem interested or very chatty and it seemed as if the itinerary was set to suit him.
We were supposed to go along the Northumbrian coast road which was was a quick bit and then he turned off back on to the M1 and didn't follow the coast road at all, so we missed alot.
It was a rushed visit to Alwick and Durham where you need more time.
We also asked if we could go to the Angel of the North but were told no as traffic and driving hours, but could have done it on the half day as many people wanted to go and he hadn't been driving for 4 and half hours.
Other than that I would go with Shearings again and was great places off my bucket list.

Had another great piece of work done by Ben with fitting a new radiator in the front room.
He did the job very professionally and cleared up all the mess and removed the old radiator and installed the new one and put everything back in the room.
Thank you Ben and Centrona for excellent service.

Great job done

Just want to say a big thankyou to Ben for all the hard work today with all the heat of doing the power flush and replacing the radiator and and the valve.
He worked very hard solidly in the heat and was professional and courteous at all times.
He arrived on time and here from 9.30 till when he finished.

They didn't leave it in a safe place just outside the door. My neighbour had to take it in.

Uesless

The delivery days parcels were not delivered. The times were changed every day. Had to contact the companies from where the parcels were coming from to get in contact with you to rearrange delivery. You can't contact you and talk to a human. The couriers claim totry to deliver parcels and say you are not in when you are. The company is useless.
