Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Had recieved my charm which had missing some of the engraving the company sent me a return slip and had sent a new one out express delivery. I was disappointed with the quality of the 2nd charm and seemed it hadn't been put through the final polishing stages, re contacted and they sent out a new one same day and was inspected by the girl I spoke to on the phone. I recieved the item next day in perfect condition. Amazing customer service and hassle free.

Young mum 3 x babies -no Fridge 1/12!

Young mum 3 x babies -no Fridge 1/12!

Fridge broke the 9th of June 2023 during the heatwave. Engineer next available 16th of June. 1st engineer cane and stated we would need a new part and would need to be ordered, few days later 2nd engineer arrived and he noted that the part wouldn’t fit so he contacted the insurance company in which they requested a further part to be ordered (which the engineer knew wouldn’t fit anyway!) we are still waiting on “said part” to be in stock. I am young mum with 3 x babies without a fridge for nearly 1/12. Shocking customer service! Do not take insurance through Domestic&General

Thank you for your review, and for bringing this matter to our attention. I'm sorry that this repair is taking so long and for the inconvenience this is causing you.

Can you please contact us so we can look into this for you. I'm not sure why you have been advised that we wish for a part to be ordered when the Engineer has advised you that it won't fit, this doesn't really make sense as we would only proceed with repairs based on their recommendations.

Regardless of that, to be without your fridge for this length of time is not practical when you have 3 children, we appreciate this and can offer assistance.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your fridge. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be to deal with, especially with having 3 young children. My team have tied to call you a couple of times to advise we have spoken with the insurance company and an engineer appointment has been booked for the 10th July.

Climbing frame

We were looking for a climbing frame for LB birthday! Wickeys had a great range to choose from struggled to pick one but got there eventually (after having 5 in our basket 🙈😂) which was all on sale plus extra money off with there spring code so definitely got a great buy😊 was easy to navigate through the site and buying was simple! Would defo recommend cant wait to see my sons face on his birthday 😁🥳
