Young mum 3 x babies -no Fridge 1/12!

Fridge broke the 9th of June 2023 during the heatwave. Engineer next available 16th of June. 1st engineer cane and stated we would need a new part and would need to be ordered, few days later 2nd engineer arrived and he noted that the part wouldn’t fit so he contacted the insurance company in which they requested a further part to be ordered (which the engineer knew wouldn’t fit anyway!) we are still waiting on “said part” to be in stock. I am young mum with 3 x babies without a fridge for nearly 1/12. Shocking customer service! Do not take insurance through AO!

I am sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your fridge. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be to deal with, especially with having 3 young children. My team have tied to call you a couple of times to advise we have spoken with the insurance company and an engineer appointment has been booked for the 10th July.
