Fantastic customer care

Ordered a filter system and the customer service and updates were extremely helpful.

When we came round to installation one, the fourth stage internal filter was broken. I emailed the company and they came back immediately asking for evidence of the broken filter.

Once provided they have arranged for a replacement and also noted my other orders which I had placed that day, which was a nice little touch.

These guys clearly know their products and also care about their reputation and the customer experience.

Do not use

Do not use. I used to be a loyal customer until now.

They conducted £1500 worth of repairs. Cat came back with debts, scratches, a bonnet that doesn't fit and damage to my bonnet release.

I am now in the process of conducting repairs and I will be suing for my outlay.
