Lack professionalism

The company could improve by providing staff with better verbal communication and lack professionalism. Better communication with TK Max the collection system is very poor. The company could improve with providing sufficient resources without the support of the customer. The price for delivery of goods is not the same as what is published with TK Max. The price published is a lot lower than what is quoted by telephone.

Excellent service and Sofa

Overall I am very satisfied with the service and sofa. From purchase, delivery and now enjoying the sofa I have no concerns and would highly recommend the company.

I should be able to provide feedback…

I should be able to provide feedback with two dates to reflect the true experience. E.g prior to purchasing my car my experience was good but after I purchase my car it was extremely poor service. Therefore there were two dates.

Prior to purchase overall good, after sale purchase was very poor.

Prior to purchasing my vehicle the service appears to be good. But once I purchased the vehicle and received the car the true service was revealed. The communication was extremely poor no one responded to my emails and telephone calls. There were technical concerns with the vehicle and no one got back to me to help since 15th February 2023.
Theses concerns relates specifically to Edgware Ford Used Cars Sales Team.
