At Ship Sticks, our mission is to make golf travel simpler, easier, and more affordable. In 2019 alone, U.S. airlines collected $5.76 billion dollars in baggage fees, up 18% from 2018. As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

Damaged box/clubs fine
The Ship Sticks box was badly damaged...that is the bad news. The good news is that the clubs were fine.
Why ask me what I want?
If I were in a hurry to receive my clubs I would be ecstatic. However your instructions to me where to plan on my clubs to arrive 1 day prior to my need. Thusly I selected October 14 as the desired delivery date. Your fast service got them delivered 2 days prior to that selected delivery date. Question: why was I even asked initially what I wanted?
Carefree confidence for shipping clubs
Being able to ship clubs with confidence and not have the worry of checking onto a flight, added baggage fees, navigating layovers, fitting into a rental car, makes Ship Sticks an incredible option for a golf trip. I highly recommend looking into it as an option for your next buddy golf trip.

Extra help from customer service was invaluable in completing a shipment. Kudos to the nice lady that saved our bacon.
Customer Service
My clubs were shipped in a box purchased from ship sticks. When I opened the box my hybrid club was broken on the shaft. The claim process was taxing and not till I spoke with a manager was the process speeded up and resolved in no time.
Very Poor Customer Service for overseas shipping!
I talked with shipsticks before I left the USA for a trip to Ireland. I knew I would need to ship 2 sets home from the golfclub there. They quoted a price which is quite high as it was shipping from Ireland but I had 20% off coupon and was told just to set it up from the Ireland club. Which is what I attempted. however the price which was already high at 329.99 x two sets went up by an additional $136 to a total of $794.91 and they failed to honor a coupon I had been sent upon signing up. I followed up once I got back in the States but Ship Sticks just said sorry you can use coupon next time and the add ons were required. I would think a decent customer service would have minimally refunded the 20% but really poor customer follow up. I will not use this service and DO NOT recommend it for overseas shipping. Total rip off and no Discounts allowed.
Picked up and delivered safely and on…
Picked up and delivered safely and on time are the most important factors.
But not having to drag the bags through the airport is especially nice at the end of a great golf trip!
I don’t think I will ever bring my clubs on a plane again. I’m no spring chicken anymore.
Great Way To Ship Golf Clubs
A cost effective and time efficient way to ship my golf clubs. They were even delivered a few days early! I have used them several times now.
Safe and efficient delivery of clubs
Pick-up/ship-to from my home to another home was easy to arrange online. The Ship Sticks charge of $75 + $15 pick-up fee (plus purchase of a Sport Utility Box from U-Haul for $7.95) is very reasonable compared with buying a travel case and flying with the clubs (clumsy and heavy). Wrapped the club heads individually with plenty of bubble wrap. Put more in the base of the box, and stuffed bubble wrap and newsprint around the golf club bag so nothing was rattling in transit. Delivery was estimated at 6 days out from pickup. Clubs arrived about 1,500 miles away 3 DAYS EARLY and in perfect condition.
The clubs were picked up when…
The clubs were picked up when scheduled, and delivered promptly. Not too many things work like that anymore.
Great service
