Correcte snelle service en overzichtelijke website.

The last auction i bought products from was a desaster The online auction itself was ok, but the collection moment was a complete digrace. The colleting moment was at 2 different locations but only the first one was mentioned on the website. When arriving at the first location the aution was understaffed. After waiting for over 1h they told us we had to go to another location. a few 100 meters away. after searching for 30 min we couldn't find the location. And nobody could give us an adres. When we finally found the location (the flag was hidden in some brushes 20m deep on the terrain) there were no forklifts there that could load the products. If you tell ppl a certain lot can be collected and that there are forklifts available, i expect to actualy be able to collect my lot and use a forklift. They told me i could load it by hand. there were 9 stacks in front of it, and 3 stocks on top of it. All waying around 3 ton. Not really something you can do by hand. I had to return a second day (with a hired transportfirm i had to pay for a second time). The collection day was pure chaos. Everyone was parked all over the area and nobody could move around because of the chaos. The rental of the forklift was extremely expensive at 217.80€/h

Levering en betaling was goed. Allen de kwaliteit van het door mij bestelde product (vijlen) was niet wat ik verwacht had. Ik had dan ook geen product gekocht van de grote topmerken, maar ik had wel iets beter verwacht. 30 min na het eerste gebruik had ik al 1 vijl gebroken. De ruwheid/afname van de vijlen viel ook tegen. Ze waren te glad.
