After paying the proforma, I had a question concerning the collecting of goods. Quick answer and positive response. I collected the goods. Very quick, helping hands, everything was very well packed. I was surprised because usually, I have to pack myself. Good experience.

Won the auction and paid the proforma, then the sale has been cancelled due to their error. Received no compensation whatsoever.

The time to pick up the goods are terrible, all the answers from you to get help to prepare pick up are almost zero.
I bought from Portugal and it was my last time.

first purchase was lights, went well but price not much different from online shops. second purchase was a scooter for a good price. i rented a truck + 3 hours drive + gasoil, arrived for pickup the seller didnt wanted to give the scooter "sale price was too low" but payment and invoice was done through auctim website?? auctim said "apologizes, we will reimburse" which fhey did but not covering my own costs and wasted time, refering to article 12 in their sales conditions. i'll never buy again on auctim, its not real auctions or bankrupt and you will not have warranty you get your goods!

I purchased car and it has soo many issues, this scam and is not first time I bought something from them, last time I also bought projector and it was old not even always functional correctly.

A very bad experience with selling a truck on Auctim, they even sold my truck and didn't payed me the money!!!! The worst experience ever.

Loud and clear. Easy to browse intern. Information complete and correct. Storage hall to customer nice and correct handling.

The last auction i bought products from was a desaster The online auction itself was ok, but the collection moment was a complete digrace. The colleting moment was at 2 different locations but only the first one was mentioned on the website. When arriving at the first location the aution was understaffed. After waiting for over 1h they told us we had to go to another location. a few 100 meters away. after searching for 30 min we couldn't find the location. And nobody could give us an adres. When we finally found the location (the flag was hidden in some brushes 20m deep on the terrain) there were no forklifts there that could load the products. If you tell ppl a certain lot can be collected and that there are forklifts available, i expect to actualy be able to collect my lot and use a forklift. They told me i could load it by hand. there were 9 stacks in front of it, and 3 stocks on top of it. All waying around 3 ton. Not really something you can do by hand. I had to return a second day (with a hired transportfirm i had to pay for a second time). The collection day was pure chaos. Everyone was parked all over the area and nobody could move around because of the chaos. The rental of the forklift was extremely expensive at 217.80€/h
