Very bad customer experience with their…

Very bad customer experience with their customer service.
I placed an order entering correctly all invoicing and shipping details, they've shipped the package to the wrong address and have sent an invoice with the wrong invoicing details.
After a lot of back and forwards with their customer service, they refused to adapt the invoice.
I'll never buy again on this website

I placed an order 2 weeks a go and I didn't received it. After contacting customer service they replyed after 5 days telling me that it will take another 3-5 days to solve the problem with PostNL.. I still don't have my parcel and i just received this mail to "rate my experience" so I did 😊

Great Service and products

The items that I got from this site were well described and I got what I wanted in a record time , the product was well packaged with the box but also the price was very very reasonable and good quaity too. Got for myself a 20 meter 2 wire cable for a doorbell with intercom video and it works perfectly, the cable is compact and I can really fit it in my house installation tubes. Really recommend it !
