Review of National Tyres and Autocare
A horrible experience
I had a horrible experience with this company. Placed an order for 2 x Tyres and to have them fitted to my car since last year December 2023, using Payment Assist to pay. National Tyres and Autocare, sent an email in January, 2024 that they will not be able to install the 2 x tyres, gave me an option of either a full refund or they send me to a fitting centre close to me and get the tyre fitted. This March 2024, National Tyres and AutoCare neither sent me a fitting station near me nor responded to emails sent to them. This indeed a horrible experience. Accordingly, I have been requesting for full refund in line with their email, still the company does not deemed it to refund my money, so I go to a more befitting company to get my tyres sorted. I was treated badly and uptill now no refund, no appropriate garage to take my car to, I had since stopped further payment through Payment Assist.

Very polite drivers, willing to assist when you missed your Bus, you are able to hop in the next bus so long you can show proof that you have a ticket to your destination. They also announce their destination to passengers so no one is in doubt about their destination

An Incompetent, fraudulent Company
This is so disheartening that a supposedly tracking Company in conjunction with Macy's online shopping store could be allowed to scam customers all over the world. Security agencies in the countries where Track718 and their rogue collaborators (Macy's online shopping store) operate should be alerted to their scamming and fraudulent businesses. You claimed you delivered a customer's parcel without evidence in form of pictures or the courier who delivered such parcel(s). You are fraudulent and very soon you will be exposed.

I contacted 1010labs through email for my spouse passenger Locator reference number having earlier received the Day 2 PCR test kit from 1010labs. A staff named Assia replied and was very professional. He/she immediately sent the Passenger Locator Reference Number after looking at the merit of my appeal as the Company had already informed me that the the Passenger Locator Reference number would be sent by post.
