Wow, what a truly refreshing experience in a world where everything is becoming AI led.

I called the Parent Shield phone number tonight [ admittedly out of office hours ] Despite me calling out of hours, I was answered with a lovely professional chap called Graham. Graham resolved everything within minutes. Talked me through each stage and was incredibly helpful. I wish my mobile company, my bank, or even shopping experiences were as good as this. Bought a car from John Banks Cambridge a few years ago and recently did part exchange for a newer Honda.
