I am a new customer and tonight installing my sons first SIM account. I called the Parent Shield phone number tonight [ admittedly out of office hours ] Despite me calling out of hours, I was answered with a lovely professional chap called Graham. Graham resolved everything within minutes. Talked me through each stage and was incredibly helpful. I wish my mobile company, my bank, or even shopping experiences were as good as this.
