My experience with Irwin Mitchell.
Their "No Win - No Fee" Medical Negligence service has been second to none offering support, clear and professional advice EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TO COMPLETION.

They have acted on my behalf with my interests being paramount throughout the litigation & costing process.

The solicitor designated to my case was Sarah Sharples.
She explained the progress of my claim in simple, easy to understand terms throughout & responded quickly to any concerns or questions I've had.

She arranged numerous virtual meetings involving the barrister and experts as required. Medical expert reports, together with other reports from different bodies were drawn up. Nothing was left to chance.

The thorough support and advice continued right through to agreeing on a final settlement. A lot of work went into costing my claim based on future needs. Nothing was missed & again all was backed up by expert reports.

Do not be fooled by their platform or give any money to these low life, shameless scum parasite scammers.
The platform looks good but is a spoof.
When you send money, it will all look legit with transaction history showing all deposits, etc.But it’s all a spoof as the platform is manipulated by themselves to fool you. The moment you send money, your money goes directly to the scammers account and not a real trading platform. They will also throw credits at you which again are not real. Once you have accepted their credits you will not be able to withdraw as they say you have to make up trading volumes first as per the terms of the credit. The credits they give will also show up in the transaction history, manipulated platform to fool you. When you want to close your account and withdraw any supposed profits they will tell you that you have to pay a penalty first because of the credits. You pay the penalty and then they wipe out your account and the account manager you was giving your money to conveniently disappears. I lost over £37k including a £10k penalty to these scammers.
I feel angry and stupid and hope this honest review will help prevent more people being scammed by these low life.

I received a cold call from AFK letters wanting an upfront payment for letters to claim for solar panels compensation. They said the payment would be reimbursed if compensation was not forthcoming.
I have not received any compensation and have not received payment back from them.

Today, nearly one year later, they tried to take a further £1200 from my card. Luckily the bank declined the transaction.
These people are fraudsters!

I have recently purchased a number of items from Hattons of London and have been pleased with all the items received so far. An account manager was assigned to me who has been very helpful to assist with my purchases and also advise about availability of other items which are not otherwise advertised on their web site.
There seems to be a small delay before shipping but when shipped they tend to arrive the next day by special delivery. The items are received inside a nice presentation case and the account manager has been helpful to provide an additional case to hold my collection in one case.
You know you are buying quality from a well trusted and respected company who places high importance on total customer satisfaction.

They cold called me to offer to do a system check. Salesman arrives, not an engineer & emphasises that my inverter would not be lasting much longer and it should be replaced. He offered a price followed by the best absolute price. I foolishly accepted the offer before researching correct costings. He then sold me 3 batteries at the best price possible! Installers arrived promptly to install the system, but their placement of equipment was untidy and also left the property with both the high voltage isolator switches not screwed up. Documentation for the inverter was also not handed over. The next morning, the system tripped the breakers and so they had to come back to fix the problem. They also improved the placement of equipment & sent over a link for the missing inverter manual which was not for the inverter that they installed! To date, I have not received the correct documentation. Customer support was very basic and no apologies were ever given. I decided to research the cost of the equipment which they had installed and received like for like quotes which were substantially lower than what I had paid for both the inverter & batteries.
I challenged them on their prices & they said the companies did not offer all the guarantees and protection that they were offering, plus an annual service. Even so, there should not be a difference of about £3,000!
I recommend anyone who uses this company to first get information of the equipment that they are quoting for & then research like for like quotes to avoid being ripped off like I was.
I feel stupid and very annoyed with myself for trusting this company and allowing them to rip me off .

I had an air heat source pump which failed after 7 years requiring a new PCB which was no longer available. Installers worked hard to replace my system, now with this Glow Worm combination boiler. It works flawlessly and is so much cheaper to run. I am very pleased to now have this more reliable and easy to understand new system.

Helpful customer support

The person managing my affairs was helpful, offered good advice & always responded quickly to any questions.
The online platform was both easy to navigate around & secure, giving me the confidence needed to trust the company whilst managing & holding money. Transactions were handled quickly, safely & efficiently & so would recommend TorFX to handle currency exchanges.
I was, however, a little disappointed with the final exchange rate given as whilst it was still a good rate, it was no better than what my bank was offering at the time.

Product is expensive but of good quality.
Unfortunately it has not worked for me yet with a T10 complete spinal cord injury, but will keep trying
