Do not give any deposit to these people for coating outside walls. I cancelled within 24hrs of giving them a deposit and 2 months later they never refunded the deposit. I had to claim the money back via my credit card company.

These are the same scammers that use to operate under 4XTRA before their scam site was closed down.

Someone called me using a random 020 number saying they were contacting all 4XTRA clients to payback money as the site was being closed and I was one of the last ones to be dealt with to refund the money back to me.
Foolishly, I was taken in and was directed to a site under
privatecoin
The site was scripted in that they could manipulate figures on it and make up messages.
A message came up that to release the funds back to me I would have to pay the tax on it first!

Then someone claiming to be from Kraken later called, again random 020 numbers.

They are all persistent scammers don’t be taken in by them!

I enquired about an item but in a certain colour, which was not on their website at the time. They responded promptly being very helpful - advising the item was expected be available soon for preorder and that the website would be updated accordingly when this happens.
They later advised me by email as soon as the item was available for preorder and that the website had been updated.
Overall - very helpful, excellent communication with customer services.
