I have recently purchased a number of items from Hattons of London and have been pleased with all the items received so far. An account manager was assigned to me who has been very helpful to assist with my purchases and also advise about availability of other items which are not otherwise advertised on their web site.
There seems to be a small delay before shipping but when shipped they tend to arrive the next day by special delivery. The items are received inside a nice presentation case and the account manager has been helpful to provide an additional case to hold my collection in one case.
